Terms of Service
Effective date: January 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using CoreSDK, you agree to these Terms. If you are using CoreSDK on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. License
CoreSDK grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SDK and associated services according to your plan. The CoreSDK engine crate is available under the Apache 2.0 license. Enterprise features require a commercial license.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use CoreSDK to: violate laws or regulations; transmit malware or conduct attacks; reverse-engineer proprietary components; resell or sublicense the service without written permission.
4. Data Processing
CoreSDK processes telemetry data on your behalf. You retain ownership of all application data. CoreSDK's PII masking engine is enabled by default to prevent personal data from entering telemetry pipelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSDK's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. CoreSDK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
