1. Information We Collect

CoreSDK collects information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company), usage telemetry (API call counts, error rates — no payload content), and payment information processed securely via our payment provider.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve CoreSDK, send transactional emails (account, billing), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

3. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion. Telemetry data is retained for 13 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@coresdk.io.

4. Security

We use TLS 1.3 for all data in transit, AES-256-GCM for data at rest, and mTLS for internal service communication. CoreSDK's PII masking engine ensures secrets and personal data are redacted before reaching telemetry pipelines.
